fantastic stay!
convenient locationromantic staircaseunexpected cost
The location near the tram station was really convenient. Many stores and restaurants were close! the bathroom was good. The air conditioning worked perfectly. everything was smooth. The building felt fancy, and the staircase was quite romantic!
I paid for parking but later learned it wasn't free. The final cost increased a lot, which i didn't expect. it would be great to have this detailed up front. That way, i can plan my budget better.

The front desk reception was helpful. Iris provided excellent service, including an early check-in. she explained all hotel amenities and gave useful recommendations for nearby sights! the check-in was also quick.

nearby, i noticed several restaurants and markets, all within walking distance! that's super handy if you want to grab a quick bite, or shop for groceries. this makes meal times really flexible and easy

The room featured a table, a chair, and two single beds. The en suite bathroom was very good! it included a nice toilet, washing facilities, and a good shower. Fresh towels were provided .
